SIPOC

SIPOC stand for Suppliers, Input, Process, Outputs and Customers. In
comprehensive process improvement, a SIPOC is a tool that captures a process
along with its suppliers, inputs, outputs and in a single map in table form.
It was use in Total Quality Management (TQM) programs of the late 1980s.
Today, SIPOC to be used in Six Sigma, Lean and Business Process Management.

The SIPOC process improvement technique model can be successfully used by

When to use a SIPOC diagram

SIPOC can be used for identifying problem areas, conducting process analysis
